This movie was much better than the first one.
While equally ridiculous as far as action/plausability, the humor in this movie was turned up a lot. I mean Chuck Norris making a Chuck Norris joke was probably the most oddly hilarious thing I've ever seen. Jean-Claude's villian was not good either, but man I couldn't stop laughing.
Amazingly the guy who may have played the best role, whose role in the first movie was god awful, was Dolph Lundgren's character. When he says to Jet Li, "With you gone, who will I pick on now. And Li's reply being "You will find another minority". I fell out of the chair.
I laughed at the "I'll be back" references
