He committed to us when we were his 2nd offer I believe before his recruitment blew-up. Then he got a bunch of offers and decided to open his recruitment back up to make sure he was making the right choice. But with that said sanctions is a big deal for him and I'm sure it Also factured into his decommit.

The only thing knocking FSU out is the stable currently at FSU
imo Collins would be a fool to turn down early PT at UF and Miami when it would be very hard to see it at FSU
Freeman and Wilder are no doubt the main 2 next year and he would have to compete with Pender and Green for garbage time carries
Not a good look, he could be he #3 no doubt... but is he confident that he could be ? time will tell
If I was him, I wouldn't be looking that hard at FSU, its easily the worst situation of the big 3 for a RB
