    Don't care so much about Casher as I do Goldman. Kid would have at least seen some PT his first year at Bama.

    Looks good, but I'd have the DT depth chart:

    1-tech: Jernigan > McCloud > McDaniel > NLS > Moses > Shanks
    3-tech: Dawkins > McAllister > Mitchell > Goldman

    he was way too stiff and had issues learning the playbook... plus injuries on top of that.

  • I think at DE we have a pure RE in BJenk and a pure LE in Bjoern. I think Carradine shifts back and forth and those three eat up most of the meaningful DE reps.

    We need to get our 2nd three DEs as many reps as possible though because they will be the big three next year (Casher, Newberry, Edwards). Tosh has worked hard and will play a little as well.

    DT will just be a wrecking crew.

    Moody is the perfect fit at Sam. Perfect. Only question is health. And when I say perfect I don't mean he'll be all ACC just that he'll be very very sound and be able to do everything we ask of him, WELL

    If he proves hisself in the summer and Fall camp he will get on the field just like Jernigan did last year.

    Guess he knows that playing a few garbage snaps in your freshman year on a title contender is why kids choose the schools they choose

    It isn't about progressing, education, relationship with coaches.... nope, its about playing a few snaps as a true freshman on a team that might win it all

    Many fans on here are teenagers and dont realize that football is cyclical. Many fans on here really do think that Bama will just win like 10 of the next 15 titles because they won 2 of the last 3.

  • I think vince starts. Telvin will come in on passing downs, IMO. The d will be nasty this year. I haven't been this excited for and FSU defense in a long while.

  • Telvin Smith honestly looks like our best LB period right now. He was alarmingly impressive in the spring game. If he weighed 230 we'd have no shot at keeping him another year.
