I think the big 12 is rated higher because they played 9 conference games everyone else only played 8.

These rankings are so full of shit it's not even funny. These RPI formulas are all kinds of biased (despite him saying UNBIASED in all caps) when we have major conferences with different numbers of teams and conference games.

The only reason yall had such a good sos is because the conf. was overrated at the beginning which aided
that myth. Look at the recordsof the teams yall beat in conf. now and most are still overrated .

How about the "best wins" defense?

Alabama beat the #2 and #6 team by a combined score of 59-14.

Both are better wins than any of Oklahoma State's wins according to Sagarin and every other poll.

Oklahoma State's best win was Kansas State (LOL), who got Sanduskied by Arkansas -- a team Bama themselves Sanduskied to the tune of 38-14.

We could do this all day. They lost to a crappy football team at a time when it was too critical. They did not have a win that could put them over Bama left on the schedule because OU also dropped another one. It just happened man, it was right. You may not like it but that does not change that it was right.

I'm also including OSU's win over Stanfrord (by far their best win). We were talking year long resume not regular season resume.

But we can do that too. Alabama's best regular season win was over Arkansas, OSU's was.........Baylor? K-State?

Oklahoma State had a bunch of wins over very middle of the pack to pretty good teams (Texas, Texas AM, Baylor, K-State, Mizzou, OU) and no wins over very good teams. Their best win was pretty much dominated in their bowl game by the #3 from the SEC, who was dominated by the #1 and #2 in the SEC.
