    Meh.... Reread Griswald. Never mentioned a dorm room or even what the kid considers himself.

    Absolutely it does. Call it hypocritical or call it the reality of competitive recruiting, Hoke & Co would welcome any elite prospect regardless of committed elsewhere or not. Don't think HS coaches, parents, any these kids aren't wise to this tactic.

    Hoke & Co have also turned away elite players once that position is filled.
    You fail to realize this point.
    If anything, the coaches, parents, etc should value Hoke's policy as he is honest to the recruits, tells them how many of a certain position he is looking for and if you commit, you get your spot. It has been proven that he will stand up to his word and tell other recruits don't bother visiting once a position is filled even if they are more "elite" than the one that committed first. It is a mutual agreement. You commit to me and I commit to you.
    If a commit starts to visit, the staff could have taken visits from the other players of the same position, but they didn't while the player was commited.
