Most of the places I'm interested in aren't very hospitable to Americans.
North Korea, just because it'd be fascinating to essentially travel back in time, along with observing one of the most elaborate personality cults ever.
Iran - despite their government being a terrible scourge on the earth, the Iranian people are tremendously friendly and welcoming.
Syria - really the same as Iran; pretty much impossible to visit now though.
Egypt - Pyramids and such.
Sweden - big weakness for Swedish chicks.

Top five places I have visited 1) Kenya & Tanzania- It literally is like you walked into a show on Animal Planet. It is so beautiful and I am a huge animal person. Loved it so much the ex and I almost bought land there to build a vacation home.
2) Egypt- When I was younger I wanted to be either a marine biologist or an Egyptologist. I love everything Egypt and my visit there did not disappoint. It was amazing to be cruising the Nile and listening to the Muslims calling their followers to prayer as the sun set.
3) Australia- If for some reason I could not live in the US, I would live in northeast Australia. Diving the Great Barrier Reef regularly is something I could get used to.
4) Italy- Great shopping, culture, food, scenery, and people.
5) France- same as Italy with the exception of the people.
Honorable mentions - Israel, Belgium, Austria,
Five places on my list to visit:
1) Hungary and Czech Republic- I have been told that Prague and Budapest are two of the most beautiful cities in Europe. I am planning a river cruise down the Danube later this year (hopefully) and will include these two countries.
2) Thailand
3) China
4) Japan
5) Peru- I have always wanted to see Machu Picchu.
