Gary Andersen is doing work at Wisconsin

  • He is a hell of a recruiter. Getting huge names on the radar at Wisconsin like I have never seen before. Seems like Wisconsin is moving in the right direction. Huge recruiting day today.   • Good for Wisconsin. A stronger B1G is good for everyone - I'm glad to hear that Andersen's getting in on people. I noticed that you guys made a huge impression on Juju Smith - if that turns into a battle between us, I'll be quite impressed.

    Except your QB, RB, and Head Coach. Bert Bielema may be a douche, but hes the reason Wisky was as good as they were. I remember when us OSU fans thought we were going to dominate in 2011 with Fickell at HC, well, we know how that went. Coaching matters. Don't forget, you guys are coming to Columbus this year.

    huh? We return our QB. 2 of our 3 RB's are back. Bielema is not the reason why we were good. Barry Alvarez was. And you praise Bielema one second than said he was the reason why we lost? Also Gary Anderson is a better coach than Bielema. He should have had Utah State beat us last year for crying out loud. As far as Ball goes, yeah it hurts. But thats like losing Curtis Martin and restocking with Adrian Peterson (Melvin Gordon) along with James White.

    Curt Phillips was 3rd string QB and a senior that received a 6th year. It is doubtful he will start. My money is either on Joel Stave or the JUCO we have coming in.     Who did you rest in that game? Get real dude, we beat you the last 2 years. Besides that, you've only beat us 1 time in the last 6 years, and that was a night game in Madison. You don't stand a chance against us in Columbus with Meyer. You're in for a serious reality check this season.

  • The big losses for Wisconsin are ball, 2 olineman, taylor at lb and 3 secondary (both cbs and 1 safety) more than likely the juco will start at qb, lineman always plug in and secondary was never a strong point so thats kinda a wash. RB isnt much of a worry and taylor was a huge liability in pass defense.
    Bret was and alwasy will be a master at pissing away timeouts so for that we are glad he is gone. I look forward to that game in columbus!
