I prefer a good sirloin. But ribeye will do the job also.

A medium-well Kansas City strip from Chaz on the Plaza in Kansas City. Hands down the best steak I have ever had.

No kidding, way to ruin a steak. I like rare to medium rare. Chris Ruth's was the best damn medium rare steak I've ever had. The cowboy cut ribeye made me cry.

Yeah and I hate how restaurants jack up the price of a sirloin even though it is tough and lacks true flavor. I like a filet don't get me wrong, but if there is ribeye on the menu I'm ordering that. Ribeye has such great natural flavor and you are getting a reasonable amount of steak.
