But whoever stated "Prime Rib" over ribeye, doesn't know what they're eating. "Prime" is the grade of the meat and "Rib," being short for rib roast, is what a ribeye is cut from. So, "Prime Rib" and a prime ribeye are the same piece of meat.

Ribeye(and many steaks in general) get a lot of their flavor from the fat. So look for a ribeye with small, white specks throughout for a better steak.

And now most important of all, I would choke any one of you to death, in front of your own mother, for a grilled ribeye and a Guinness. Mmmmmm......

It's Ruth Chris bud. Medium rare or medium is the best way to eat a ribeye. Filets need to be medium. Strips are ok but I prefer a T-bone...best of both worlds.

Now I'm hungry and want steak, but I'm at work and its 9:35.... I hate you all.

i may just be spoiled but steak is just overplayed to me.

now granted, i spend the entire month of december eating steaks for lunch because we cook them for our biggest customers every other day and throughout the year when someone retires or for major holidays

but, you give me a damn good burger and i'm as happy as can be

that being said, a medium rare ribeye is the way to go steak wise

that's why you don't do it very often but it's so good and if you get some friends to pitch in, it becomes much more affordable
