Very interesting stat: when you compare each player's forte--putting points on the scoreboard every game--and let's face it neither player was known for their assist numbers, when you look at the stats of each player when they were 29, Ice scored at a 32.3 ppg clip compared to Kobe at 28.3 ppg, with Gervin shooting 50% compared to Kobe at 45%.
