They may take some time to load since we're no longer resizing/optimizing them... it's strictly on load and some of the files sizes are pretty huge.

Instead of saving it and uploading take the url of the gif itself, and paste it into the photos tab url upload.
Right click, copy image url, than paste it just you would if you were uploading a picture from a url.
