You got to give yourself a solid 12 hours to sleep. I think that is part of it, you kind of sleep through the worst part of your hangover. Wake up after about 8 hours piss, drink some gatorade, go back to sleep for 4, wake up feeling like a winner.

god gave your liver alcohol dehydrogenase for a reason. You are doing yourself a disservice by never putting those little enzyme's to work.

I'm 24 and can't touch what I use to be able to do and not pay for it severely.
Was in a wedding last night. We got started early and finished strong and it feels like I played a football game today.

Never been a fan of long sleep sessions anyway. Most I can sleep is 6 hours without waking up sore from laying there for to long.

I'll run that by my brothers; one who is a recovering alcoholic who lost his 1st marriage over it and the other who has 1-leg from a drunk-driving accident. I have pretty good reason not to put those little enzymes to work.

sorry to hear about ur brothers, alcohol can mess u up if u let it...
some can handle it and some cant, seeing that it runs in ur family, ur wise to abstain....

Im 24, and dont go out as much as I used to. Then when I do go out and still think Im 21 and go as hard as I used to. Always blackout at the end of the night. Pretty terrible hangover as well. Usually lasts about two days too. Although, if I go out hard a few nights in a row my tolerance jumps back up and the ensuing hangovers arent as bad. Just dont get the chance to do that much anymore

sounds about the same here as i usually sleep about 5.5 hrs a night esp during the week although i try to get more on the weekend if possible
