Can anyone give me a good workout to build some mass on these things?
Right now I do 4 sets of 15 Reps max weight on standing calf raises, then 1 exercise later I do 3 sets of 20 max weight on the sled calf raise.
Any advice appreciated

gain a bunch of weight drinking beer and eating pizza, and then just walk around like you would in daily life for a few years.... boom, bigger calfs, then lose the weight?
