Either way, his offense that he runs at Oregon will not work in the NFL. Browns, Eagles, it doesn't matter. I think he is a good coach, but I hope he knows that he will have to change his philosophy in the pros.

Shouldn't Mountaineer fans worry about their own "system"? Does WVU even have a defensive scheme?
Have you noticed what Shanahan has done with the Skins? I have a feeling Chip will do alright in the NFL. The rules that hinder the defense, and the fact that the up-tempo pace will tire the opposing team is the makings of success.
Edit: Also, look at the Seahawks! They have decent talent, not out ofthis world talent, and they are doing damage. Carroll hates defending the spread zone-read offense in college, but is now running the exact thing he hated.
Change is coming to the NFL. Transformations happen throughout the sports history - West coast offense? Today's is the spread zone-read.

His offense will work in te NFL. Shanahan and Carroll are both using concepts of the spread zone-read. Also, Bilichek learned from Chip over the summer and has implemented concepts into his offense.
Give Chip his athletes and he'll get it done. Have you ever noticed how much he runs with the qb? Very little compared to other teams who use the spread - ala Braxton Miller. Chip has more concern with an athletic, efficient o-line and skills players to execute their blocks and responsibilities.

I personally think that Chip Kelly is a good enough coach and offensive mind to adapt to the NFL game. Great coaches in the NFL wouldn't be asking for his advice if he wasn't an offensive genius. To be labeled a genius, I believe that it entails that you can adapt to any situation whether it be the level or designing a system that takes advantage of the players on your team.

After meeting with Chip during the offseason, Belichek ended up breaking the record for how man plays they ran, apparently Chip knew something in Bill's eyes. Kelly will definitely adapt his scheme in the NFL, don't forget that when he was the OC in NH he ran a pass based spread attack. He will definitely adapt his scheme to his teams strengths as well as their opponent's.

Disagree. His current scheme will not work in the NFL. Also worth mentioning that Mariotta is the Ducks 2nd leading rusher in yds and attempts this season. That is the huge reason why Chip's offense was so successful this season. When the defense doesn't need to account for the QB, it's alot easier to defend his offense. Chip will not be able to run the ball 53 times per game (like he does at Oregon) and expect to win very many games.
