Waiting on your reply as to why Oregon defense gave up 51 points to USC yet inferior teams didn't.

Still doesn't answer the question as to why he said Barkley, Woods, Lee, and McNeil could put up 51 points on anyone yet only did to Oregon.

Yup...Scott reported it as a done deal a week ago He also said in September that our recruiting class would look very different by LOI day, but it would be a great class.

I laughed out loud when I first saw this post... Because yeah, obv no one would want him as their DC.

That said... I think he would do well at SC. The difference is that SC has the talent (in theory) to run his schemes more effectively. He actually has a surprising amount of respect around CFB for his football brain. At Oregon he has to leave is corners isolated a lot - because they have difficulty bringing consistent heat with only the front four. Also, don't forget how fricking much longer the Oregon D is on the field than any other unit in CFB. That's a D coordinator's biggest nightmare. He HAS to play a lot of bend-don't-break. But on a YPP basis, Oregon ranks up there pretty high.

All lols aside, with what the guy is working with he's done a pretty amazing job.

Interesting that coaches in the state of Oregon won't make the jump to USC. They've tried to poach both Oregon State and Oregon's head coaches and d-coordinators to no avail.

So Ore scoring so much, so quick doesn't affect the D. You know nothing about football.

Both Monte Kiffin and Allioti sucks. Allioti can't stop the big play when a team is capable of executing them. Bend-don't-break only works because of your offense.

Your shit defense won't allow you to win a NC so it doesn't really matter. Kelly is gone too so any hope of winning one is out the window.

At the end of the day I'm happy with Pendergast. You keep Allioti the guy sucks.

I like USC's future over Oregon's anyway. Whether LK is the coach or not our future is brighter than yours.

In the past two seasons Oregon has hung a combined 102 points on Pender. And you're happy. But Aliotti sucks. Makes sense.

Pendergast is a really good coach. But this is only my opinion. It is, however, immutable fact that you don't know dick about football.
