Government might blow the Canada Oil Deal......

  • Left and Right wanting to measure penises might cost us this deal. They are negotiating with China right now.

Gas is going up as I type this. Damn this congress and group of people in Washington.

  • Terrible leadership all around in washington. This is just stupid & unacceptable.

Exactly! But for some reason we are in a bad situation & it seem's as though washinton is hell bent on making it worse.

Tell them they get food when they start working together.

  • this isnt new, obama wants to put this off until january 2013, right after the elections. he wants the environmental vote and if he gives the go ahead now then he loses that vote

  • Just wait, Obama will put a deal together this summer. Perfect timing to help him get reelected. He has done major damage to ur economy long term but he is a great politician. He will move towards the center of the isle over he next 6-8 months(take page from Clinton playbook) and we will be stuck with him 4 more years. Hope I am wrong.

We are stuck with him for four more year's reguardless, I dont see any of the g.o.p guy's beating him. Romneys gonna get the nomination & his foreign policy is horrible, Obama will beat him on that alone.

There's your problem. Too many people fell for this guy's painfully transparent act in 2008. Shameful.

So any Nebraska fans on here know what the deal is in your state on the holdup? Any progress?
Edit: there is no guarantee that this pipeline would lower gas costs and in likelihood would raise the price at the pump

Ron Paul is the only one Obama can beat on foreign policy. Romney's flaws are domestic.

Yes, yes. Your right it was Paul with the foreign policy gaffe, not Romney, I think the whole mormon thing will sink Romney in the end. Sad but true.

  • I think Santorum would destroy Obama in debates but this country doesn't want such a radical man of faith in something they don't generally share. Obama will get four more years and we may see the dollar fail during those years and then Barack will be running for global World Alliance President. explode

Santorum is all smoke & mirror's bro, believe me. He did jack shite here in P.A during his time in senate & the only people he appealed to was he radical religious right & even they got fed up with him here & voted him out.

Word. Repubs need to just compete and get Rubio pulled in as the VP candidate so he gets his feet wet for when he's the best candidate in 4 years. Maybe Paul Ryan will be on the level then too.

  • It's truly remarkable that a pretty solid generation of Americans produced Obama, Mrs. Clinton, McCain, Romney, Gingrich, Santorum as our presidential candidates the last two elections. I think the presidency is no longer a position the truly great aspire to.

I guess. That's a little more vague then I can glean your actual opinion from.

I just feel the truly gifted go corporate now and desire to make far more money with 1/2 the hassle of the presidency. When I say great I mean charismatic, brilliant, a true leader, etc.

Barack is pretty charismatic, fairly smart (relative statement), a decent leader and he's the best of the group.

  • Obama doesn't want this deal. That is all it comes down to. If you support Keystone, you are against Obama. If you don't believe in the pipeline, vote for Obama. Pretty simple calculation.

BS, where would that vote? Lose a few to the Green Party, but in the end they will vote party line.
