    Luckily Wilder and Reid are different kinds of kids. I remember when G5 came to the Spring game right after his signing day I met him and when I saw the tattoos on the back of his hands I knew he'd have issues. He's just a rough kid

    Yeah that's it tattoos are an indicator of character. He made mistakes no doubt about it but how about not stereotyping a person based on appearance.

  • This hurts but you got to respect Jimbo for kicking out one of "his" guys, and one of the top players on the team at that. No "circle of trust" at FSU. He only needed 1 TD, and about 400 return yards to take the record from Deon.

    Reid needed a good year to lock up a spot in the NFL draft. Probably gets signed as a UFA now. I guess this wasn't his first encounter with a marijuana cigarette, but that turned out to be some expensive weed.

    I wouldn't say FSU is deep at CB, that is some blatant homerism. Waisome hasn't shown much, and he is the same size as Reid. Hunter seems to be a nickel or safety. and Keelin probably doesn't have the lateral quickness to start as the field corner. Darby is a guy who has relied on his athleticism in high school, so he has a ways to go with technique, not to mention learning coverages, scheme and playbook.

    I guess this makes fall camp more interesting.

    By continuing to get in trouble its not a fair assessment to label him as one? Im just not sure if he keeps getting in trouble that Fisher wont do the same with him. He is only gonna be a Sophmore and for some college kids its hard to them to keep out of trouble for that long. I just dont see how it is "stupid on so many levels" to think this. shrug

    Reid made the same mistakes over and over, Wilder made one dumb mistake sticking up for his GF. the other thing was about blowing a .01, should he not use mouthwash? completely different situations. also many have said wilder is a good kid. not fair and irresponsible to compare the two

    I know where you are coming from but most of us know the difference between a normal tattoo and a gang symbol with addendums that signal "accomplishments" in the gang.

    Reid was a field corner required to cover a lot of space, while X. Rhodes usually plays press-man coverage, with less help over the top because the zones are rotated to the field side.

    You can't just plug a CB into the position and say we are deep there, especially when the players listed have a combined 0 starts at FSU. That is some blatant homerism anyway you shake it.

    Hard to say who will replace him right now, fall camp starts soon so the guys behind him will get a chance.. I could see a move of Brooks to his spot and Los playing safety.. but in the end who really knows...
