As a native Virginian, its pretty cool that the top two players are from my state, and a third is in the top 10. I wish we offered this kid, but I doubt we would have a shot with him.

I'm glad to hear that he's going to camp at Bama. We've had some insane lbs, but dareus had been our only insanely good d linemen, and he was hurt too often when he was at Bama. But it's a good distance from home, and Bama is a trip that almost all kids want to take at least once, so i won't hold my breath.

There is no leader for Hand right now. Virginia Tech and Alabama are the only schools he's made plans to visit this summer and he's only been to VT for the spring game.

He told me he just doesn't want to get the process started until Sept. 1 of his junior year. That is reasonable IMO.

As would places like Penn State, Texas, and Florida.
