  • If you live in a state that is actively violating your second amendment rights, I would suggest planning a move. Soon

  • I really think we should be pushing another issue. People convicted of sexual abuse, especially against children, are walking after maybe 2 years in prison in certain states. That is appalling and we (the people) need to make this a 25 to life crime.

all you tough-guy killers with your guns and your "them aint goner take mah gunzes..."

    realize this:

the second amendment had a reason. That reason was to arm the citizens to guard against tyranny. (lot of good that did you southreners the first time... amirite?)

you all don't deserve guns, and your ancestors would take them away if they saw your pussified, tranquilized state. You don't NEED guns because you all aren't ever really gonna do shhhhht with your guns, anyways.

Y'all are scared to death about rising up... basically, the founding fathers would be all like, "why the fffffk do these broads even have guns?"

  • Its for convicted felons and people with mental diseases. They should have their guns taken away as they are clearly dangers to society.

Sure there will be some instances of abuse on the part of the state. If there is, they can appeal it like this woman is and get them back. But a few cases of abuse don't mean the law is bad.

This story is only alarming if you've already convinced yourself that there is a conspiracy by the government who wants to take away people's guns.

i would prefer our dingbat delegates quit "pushing" issues & "fix" a few.

NY mayor Bloomdung pushed for soda laws when only 37% of the states black & hispanic
high school kids were capable of graduating last year.

  • I don't know if anyone watches Weed Country, but they revoked Mike Boudin's conceal and carry license because of a written citation for marijuana possession during a traffic stop. This was also in California.

I don't know what "it" is but "it" is coming.

Didn't say, but Id assume if he was then he would have gotten a lot more than a letter in the mail weeks later and would have been arrested instead of given a simple written citation. So my guess is no.

  • But he took all of his guns to a relative's house because he believes that they are going to use that as an excuse to raid his home and label him as a violent criminal for a stiff jail sentence. In reality, he is an old hippy that grows medicinal marijuana for legal patients with legal doctor paperwork.

what you don't get is this:

federal law comes down very, very hard on someone who uses guns to protect a drug cache.

since marijuana is still illegal at the federal level, someone who possesses a firearm in the protection of drugs is a violent offender.

    that's the law.

  • Im certainly a lover of guns, and collect them even

I was raised around them at a very young age and they haven't left my side since

And if the nation decides to outlaw them completely I wouldn't give 2 shits, in fact at this point I pretty much prefer it after long thoughts about it recently

I wouldn't like giving up some of the ones I have collected, but the thought of never needing one and close to nobody having them is a very pleasant thought and a world I would much rather live in and be a part of

No, actually I do get it. I'm not taking up for him. The show is about state laws vs federal laws in the medicinal marijuana industry. The people there that have licenses from the state believe that they are doing nothing wrong. However, federal agents say that they are. So it's a federal vs state issue that is being fought.

Even though he is growing, having his license revoked had nothing to do with that. He may be under investigation for growing but nothing has happened on that front. He thinks that it will be used as that eventually and he knows the laws so that is why he removed all of his guns. But at this point it was over a written citation. I see your point and you are absolutely correct.

I've seen the show... saw the jackoff pull his gun from its hiding spot on TV... which is enough to get indicted, like a moron

That is a fantasy world. There are too many guns in the country for getting rid of them to ever be a real option, especially at the rate people are buying them now. You say that you have reflected on it and you would rather just close to nobody have them. Not happening. I read somewhere that the state of Ohio had enough guns to be one of the top 10 standing armies in the world.

Nothing a pot of boiling water to the face and 3 minutes of beatings with a bat couldn't fix. Hell, we might even UNmistakably break parts of his hand and arm when he attempts to assault my family. It would be a shame if said beating caused him to never be able to flex his arm all the way out again thus ending his career. He might then have to learn to read IMO.
