Not a crazy statement anymore, though I don't believe it will be true by the end of their careers. Gurley is a starter and has had more opportunity to shine, Yeldon is more talented from top to bottom as a RB, IMO.
We'll see.

Plus Gurley doesn't have the O line Yeldon has, its not bad but most anybody can run behind Bamas O line, yeah I'm jealy of both

I disagree with your opinion and so do a few mocks, but like I said, the future NFL RB that's been here for 4 years is the reason he isn't starting.

Everybody keeps talking about how great their running backs are, but I keep seeing these huge holes for them to run through with nobody in their way. Marshall had to make one linebacker miss on that last touchdown and he was gone. Either Georgia has an awesome offensive line or Tennessee's run defense sucks

There's no way to argue this. Gurley is the best Freshman back in the country. It doesn't matter if he's had more opportunity than Yeldon or not. Gurley is doing exactly what you'd think the best Freshman RB in the country should do. I'm glad we got Yeldon and in no way in awe of Georgia's RB. We've been loading up on Gurley/Marshall type Runningbacks since 2007. We'll be fine and Georgia certainly will be as well.

Well that's part of it. But I've also seen Gurley hit holes that aren't there and gain yards. There's never been a superstar RB that had great stats without a good OL.

It's not an outrageous statement. Both of them are studs at this point and would love to have either. I'm partial to Yeldon since he plays for Bama, but it's really splitting hairs at this point in their careers.
