Gurley is legit as I've followed the kid throughout his high school career at Tarboro where he led his team to 3 straight State Championships. Marshall is balling as well right now and he retained his speed pretty well even though he's 25 pounds heavier than he was at this time in 2011. I'm still deciding on Yeldon as I was at the Michigan Game and was one of the few Bama fans that didn't crown him after that game.

I'm a Bama fan but if this one particular current Georgia High School RB were my son.......I'd give the following a very close look when deciding where to attend college next year.

-Current Depth Chart especially in terms of guys 1 class ahead of mine and whether they are getting PT/carries
-Team Rushing Yards "per carry".......good indicator of OLine level of blocking. I'd also look at the team yards per carry in conference games only as another barometer to "normalize" the data to some extent
-Current RBs committed in the 2013 Class
-2014 RBs already committed and/or likely to commit

It's one thing to be confident in your ability.......it's another to go into a loaded backfield where playing time will be sparse...regardless of your talent. RBs don't get drafted early if they aren't able to show their skill on the field in college. I'd prefer the aforementioned kid have his chance to shine than end up at a school without the chance to show his skill.

Tough Decision....IMO.....although I know what I'd have my kid do.

He wouldn't be starting but he would certainly get his fair share of carries. JMHO

After fumbling twice he wouldn't play the rest of the season. That's the truth.

Gurley still better IMO. I would like to see stats from both with yeldon actually starting as well.

Yeah he's pretty freaking good but scoring on a screen after the whole D blitzed and left him wide open hardly makes him that much better.
