    Just curious, how do PSU fans feel
    About the sanctions? As a Miami fan I could be in the same boat soon. I don't think anyone would care if PSU fans rented another team for about 10 years....I for one think the sanctions where very harsh, I mean how did the people responsible get punished by those sanctions??

    No one agrees with the severity of them. Seems like we sit on various positions on the fence regarding whether or not there should have been any NCAA involvement at all. If you admit they had to do something then overwhelming we feel they went to far. The transfer situation has created a farce of the whole 'cultural change' argument by the NCAA and its almost reached the territory of comedy. We know it will be difficult but I think a lot of the fans have adapted the 'us against the world mentality' and that isn't a stretch...seriously...everyone hates us for real. The players have been very vocal about staying together and I think we believe that we will get through this. There is nothing we can do but make the best of the situation. If the NCAA thought that the PSU players, students or fanbase would sit around and sulk they were sorely mistaken.

  • No offense to PSU fans, but I see no reason why someone would want to stick around that program.

    1. Terrible national perception
    2. No championships or post-season chances
    3. Recruiting will be terrible therefore no talent going forward.

    Also, it's "they're" in both places you used "their" in this post. It's also "difference between" and you also need to make a comparison when you use the phrase difference between, which you did not do. I'm pretty sure the iPhone didn't autocorrect a comparison for you.
