Either read through the HOA or don't live in one. Or join the board and change the rules. It isn't like he moved into the area and after signing the paperwork they pulled out the HOA and said HA! Gotcha! Isn't that supposed to be the great thing about this country, you can make up whatever rules you want and if there is a market for it, it will do well, and if they make stupid rules, the market may not be all that great.
This is a great example of capitalism if you ask me.
Now knowing what 1995 is like all over again! Thank you 247 technology!!
