With concerns quickly raised about recruiting rules changes this past January, the NCAA says it will revisit three of those proposals.

"Proposal No. RWG-11-2, which eliminates the definition of recruiting coordination functions that must be performed only by a head or assistant coach. Meaning college coaches can’t hire an unlimited support staff to help with recruiting."
I have no idea why they scrapped that in the first place.

RWG-11-2 never made sense to me because it would essentially punish schools that don't have the huge budgets that others have.
