Has Obama killed more terrorists than Bush? Without casualties?

Serious question. I don't care for Obama or Bush but it seems Obama is knocking out a lot of terrorists with a drone or special forces instead of marines and army guys.

Obama redefined the way we calculate collateral damage. Now pretty much any male old or young enough to hold a weapon is considered a combatant if they are killed during a strike. Being a conservative, I am completely cool with this. Also props to him for going full blast on the use of drones to knock them out.
However, his domestic policy will be the ruin of this country if it continues.

Didn't say any of what you just said. I said Obama has the technology same with Bush but Obama uses it way more. Our job market hasn't gotten much better since Obama and neither has our economy. Our drone technology hasn't either. Our use of the drones has greatly improved though.

Fair assessment except the first part. I still don't think many conservatives on here will give Obama credit for foreign policy because, again, it is politically expedient to discredit him on everything, whether it was right or wrong.

Our military is badass. It is always badass, regardless of who the president is. ANY president taking credit for stuff that he has next to nothing to do with in terms of carrying out missions is a joke.
