The worst beating that I should have had was because of a guy like you. One of my buddies had littleraly never been in a fight before in his life. Long story short, he had three black guys who had backed him into a corner (I only mention race since it plays a role latter on) in the barracks. They were saying how they were going to kick his ass and what not, so I thought about it. I figured that if I jumped in I'd last about 15 seconds, but I knew he'd die. So I figured I had to get their attention on me and off him. Whats the easiest way for a white guy to get the attention of three pissed of black guys? "Hey you niggers". Yeah thats right, I did it. well before they got to me their buddy who was in my unit stoped them and told them he'd personally beat the
out of them if they tried to touch me. I should have been beat to a bloody pulp, but I lucked out.

and its not that i'm not willing to fight, i just never had anyone mess with me to an extent where i wanted to fight themn..that's why i always tried to respect everyone and be friends with everyone no matter who they were because if i ever was about to get my ass beat i would have help lol

Kids used to just fight and deal with their anger with their fists. Now they bring AK-47's and other assorted firearms to class to "deal with things".
Times have changed and it's really disturbing. I'm like Lefty though, I was friends with EVERYONE in high school. I especially made the point to be nice to the uniquely different people. You never know who will be Steve Buscemi from The Waterboy.

It was winter, so it was rain season, and there was mud and water everywhere (obviously), our team leader ran across an alley, I was behind him, and he set off a pressure plated IED. My buddy said it knocked us back 10 feet, and they had to drag us out of the alley. All I remember is the flash and the sound. Thankfully the only injuries I suffered from this was a few pieces of shrapnel in my leg, the biggest being the size of an M&M.
