But yeah, just one more month until crunch time of a game 7 when d wade looks at lebron and they share a confused look of, "is it my turn or yours?" then one of them dishes to udonis haslem for the game winner.

Keep watching ESPN and believing that this is a 3 team league. Why can't the celtics beat the heat in 7 games? They definitely play championship defense, they're playing their best ball at the right time of year, Garnett is playing at an unbelievable level and so is Rondo. Im from MA and I watch Boston play every night. Believe me 2 months ago I would completely agree with you that they have no shot at beating these teams in 7 games, but the celtics are back. Two years ago everyone thought there was no way they'd get past cleveland and lebron but what happened? They went into the playoffs healthy and rested and they were one game away from another championship.
I bet last year you never would have thought that Dallas could get past Miami because on paper they can't. But in the finals you need gritty defense and go to scorers down the stretch and Boston certainly has that.
But of course, we don't have LeBron James, and that's most likely going to be what your entire argument consists of.

The Celtics would beat the Heat, if Boston is healthy, in 6 gms.
Its weird, but if Rondo played against Miami every gm, he'd be considered the best player in the world. The Heat cannot stop him for some reason.
The Heat's only chance would be to put LBJ on Rondo all 4qtrs.
The Heats current formula will doom them in the playoffs. They're gonna have to allow LBJ to play point for qtrs 1-3, and then post up on the block for the 4th.

Put the bright lights on and the kid balls out. Something like 13 of his 17 career triple doubles have come in nationally televised games. To have 20 straight games of 10 plus assists is just insane. Only Magic has done what he's doing and it's all indicative of how this team is clicking right now.

People say that but the jumper has seen a real improvement this year. Free throw shooting is a different story. He's just a throwback point guard, a guy who makes everyone around him better. It's so fun to watch. For exactly this reason I don't see the heat getting it done this year, not when you have to rely d wade and lebron to run the point. I think they'll make a serious run at Steve Nash this summer whose lookin for a ring, now that will be scary.

I know LBJ has put up some big #'s, but Rondo would be my MVP.
He most definitely is the MVP of his team, and the sole reason why they are dangerous right now.
LBJ/Wade/Durant/Westbrook cancel each other out in my opinion.
Its strange that LBJ is up for his 3rd, but Shaq only has 1 mvp award. And people always pointed to the Kobe factor.
