Just ignore them or mess with them like I do. Most of these people you likely would not interact with in real life. Unless you're an automechanic or a janitor or something.

We had a riot when our Ladys BB won a NC championship. People were hospitalized over it.
We screamed "Fuck Duke" so loud and in rhythm in 2010 on ESPN, that ESPN actually got in trouble and our AD had to send a mass email out to the students begging for us to stop.
