I love it!!! The only sports that gets me more excited is my Noles. Honestly the most interesting match up in the Eastern division (to me) is going to be the Pigeons and the Bolts. Being a Flyers fan I am truly torn. I hate Pittsburgh but the Bolts have had our number all year.

PTG, that prediction thread over on TOS is downright hilarious. You see how many people have TB beating Pitt? And some of them are saying things as funny as 5 games! When did the Lightning get a defense? Did they get a goalie that I'm not aware of or something?

G4L is up to his early season, "I know nothing about hockey but I'm going to shit all over you because I'm a Lightning 'fan'" routine with the What Will it Take for the Lightning to Win the Cup thread. Newsflash: Teams that give up more goals than they score don't win the Cup.
FWIW I see Pittsburgh winning a 7 game series, and then running out of gas except against an extremely favorable draw. Essentially there are two teams Pittsburgh would really like to see in the second round. Buffalo or Boston (because they will be dead from beating MTL).

Wings fan here, but I see San Jose winning the West. Vancouver chokes in the playoffs every year. Wings will be banged up after they eliminate Phoenix again.

You have to admit, it is quite a shock. A smart hockey fan had Pittsburgh winning that series. Tampa's defense is not good, and goaltender is decent at best. They are just turning it on at the right time I guess.
