I haven't been on BN's but from what I remember that was a weed posession charge....and the weed wasn't Dunn's, he passed multiple drug tests. If you want to find run ins with the law, you can do much better than that

He could also be using this to play with the almighty Nick Saban and provoke unnecessary preparation.
