Cant argue that really. Monty is one of the toughest recruits to read. One day it feels like we have a good chance to get him, the next I feel like we have zero chance. Still think he ends up at Clem

Georgia plays CU and AU next year so it really hurts if we miss on him. Georgia recruiting could really finish with a bang or we could really strike out. I think we should most likely finish strong though. Are you guys going to hold onto Lawson and/or Liner?

Lawson is more complicated. From everything I've seen or heard, he loves Auburn a lot, but there's some issue with Garner (something with his dad is the popular rumor) that kept him out of it for UGA and is hurting us now.

FWIW the Lawson/Garner relationship is a tab bit over hyped. There was some disconnect there, for sure, but it wasn't all that important. We didn't offer early like everyone else because Grantham wasn't sure he fit our system, he didn't like that. He also just wasn't that interested in Georgia. Georgia never had a chance with him, with or without Garner. Having said that, hiring Garner didn't really help your cause with Lawson.

A couple more names for Ole Miss to watch includes Top100 prospects Laquon Treadwell and Elijah Daniel. I think the Rebels lead Oklahoma and Oklahoma State for Treadwell and the Rebels are right there with Mississippi State for Daniel.
