Every time I write the Yankees off as having a bad year due to age or whatever, they pull some rabbit out of a hat and still make the playoffs. Until they actually suck during the year, I can't write them off.

Lol.. They lost 184 home runs from last year that won't play from injury or not with the team.. 8 of the Yankee's top 10 hitters from last season won't be playing on opening day.
On top of being in a beast division and Toronto making Yankee type offseason moves.

Toronto, Angels, Tigers.. Those are 3 playoff spots right there.. I don't see how the Blue Jays don't make the playoffs.. Have you seen that team? Goodness they're talented.
Not to mention Boston is improved, Tampa is tough, Baltimore is tough.. AL is beast this year and I just don't see how the Yankees will make the playoffs.
I'm an NL fan (Braves) but I'm glad we don't play in the AL, fuuuug that

I think the Angels will disappoint. Scocia(sp) is the new Larussa. Not good with talent and expectations.
