How hard is it to get a better bowl system?

    Why do we suffer these god awful matchups every year because some stupid agreement the bowls made with conferences? Is it really that hard to figure it out?

  • Its all about money and unless somebody steps in and charges the bowl committees with theft then nothing will happen

    And all the morons who actually attend these games ain't helping shit either

    The game between VT and Rutgers tonight was a joke beyond measure, there is nothing I hate more than Bowl Season

    Possibly the dumbest american tradition in regards to sports there is in this country

    Explain to me how all of the schools losing money going to the bowl games can explain why they are for the bowl system? Every year teams are losing money going to BCS bowls,....wtf lol?

    The Bowls would definitely favor matchups like this I am sure (tickets would sell better I think), the dumb ass Presidents of all of the schools are the ones stopping it. They should explain why a public university consistently loses money every year going to the bowls with the current structure. I know changing the structure doesn't guarantee money, but it would be a lot better, especially all of the bowls with top 25 teams.

    Its the fact they can't change anything really, and not all schools lose money

    Its more like some lose money and the rest don't get anything close to what they " should " get

    Plus universities have so many sources of income nowadays that its overlooked to some degree and just dealt with for thanks to money in other places they are still surviving and stacking their own piles of chips

    Everybody is getting rich that matters, and the rest nobody seems to care enough about
