41 minutes. 5 minutes to get out of bed, 10 seconds to walk to the bathroom. 1 minute to brush my teeth. 1 minute of gargling mouthwash. 14 minutes for the morning dump (12 and a half of it I spend reading). 17 minutes in the shower. 42 seconds to dry off. 2 minutes to get dressed. 8 seconds to walk back to the bedroom (for some reason, it's always quicker on the way back). 1 minute to turn on the laptop and the office cellphone. I'd squeeze in a morning cup of coffee if I didn't think coffee was absolutely disgusting (and if I had more time).

7.5 miles. 20-25 minutes.

10 minutes

6 miles each way. It is a great amount to me. I used to work from home. Dang security requires me to go into work now.

3 minutes to one job. Work from home on another.

About 3/4 mile walk that I do in 15 min. Would be faster, but don't want to be sweating in my suit when I show up.

Work is only 8 minutes, but I work at an atomic plant which has security, so depending on them it can take 10 minutes or like this morning (badge system down) hour and 15
Minutes.

Well, I have to walk across the street to catch the transit, and then it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to campus.

This is my problem. I sweat easily, so as much as I'd love to bike to work, I'm not about to look like crap in a business that requires that I look professional and ready at all times.

Are you a trucker or something? I'm trying to think of jobs that are actively affected by trains potentially blocking the way.
