How the rankings should be.

  • 1. Notre Dame
    2. Alabama
    3, Florida
    4. Oregon
    5. Kansas St.
    6. Georgia

Giving Bama the nod for the best 1 loss team, based simply off the eyeball test. Florida gets the next nod, due to the number of quality wins, Oregon is next due to, in Les Miles words "undefeated in regulation", Kansas St and Georgia both have big losses on the resume, but Kansas st has better overall wins in comparison, though a win over Bama would vault Georgia up.

    *Not factoring in Ohio St.

This may be the first time I've agreed with a post of yours.

Wait, you agree that Bama should be in the championship game? Last week you said that Bama had been exposed and Saban was on the decline, bringing an end to an era. You used a great comeback win against LSU as evidence that Bama doesn't have what it takes to win championships anymore. Now that 3 titles in 4 years seems like a real possibility, you are back on the bandwagon? GTFO.

  • Jeez dude, calm down. If you went on BOL last week you would have assumed we lost 42-0.

you do realize who ksu just lost to?

one of the worst defenses in the nation practically shut down ksu

  • No way I would have Florida ahead of Gawga. Wouldn't have K State or the Gatores in the top 5.

Back in the day, I ran a 3.9 in the 20

Exactly, the Bama fans that were criticizing our team after 1 loss are just as bad as the Bama haters. I know that every fanbase has them etc etc, but I think that it is funny that Bama controls their own destiny again after the haters came out in droves to rub in the A&M loss. Some Bama fans (fort worth) were actually agreeing with the haters about Bama declining before our eyes.

I actually had someone tell me that even if Bama wins the title this year that it doesn't count in his book because they are not undefeated. The haters can't stand it.

    3. Florida 6. Georgia? Georgia beat Florida and Geogia will be in the SEC championship game not Florida. Florida has struggled with some pretty bad teams... Idk why the lovefest with UF but its ridiculous.

Even though Notre Dame isnt the best team in the country you have to put them at 1 just because they are undefeated even though that is also with a pretty weak schedule. Every team has had their bad games though that kind of make you say "man maybe they arent that good"...

  • Doesnt really matter though. If both Alabama and Georgia win next week, and Notre Dame beats USC. The national championship will be the winner of the SEC vs Notre Dame.
