vWallpaper 2 is a really cool app. It allows you to add various effects to the springboard. My personal favorite is the animated wallpaper. It is a bit of a battery hog though.

Infinidock-allows you to add as many icons to the bottom dock as you want and you can just scroll the dock
infinifolder-lets you put more than 12 apps into a folder
gridtab- lets you put whatever configuration for your apps on the screen. Instead of the 4x4 setup you can make it 5x5 or 6x6 or in an X

go to cydia, thats the brown icon that was added after the jailbreak. open cydia and click sources, there should be some already there. mine isnt jailbroken anymore so ill describe it as best as i can. click the add button at the top a popup will come up telling you to add the source URL.....one is sinfuliphonerepo.com and click add source. go to where your sources are listed and click one, an alphabetized list should come up with different apps and themes and mods for your phone. different sources will have different themes and mods. the best one for strictly apps is installous(basically any game or app on itunes for free), which is from the source hackulous....."cydia.hackulo.us" is the url for it. download installous and appsync. definitely download appsync before anything, it allows you to plug into your itunes without erasing the jailbreak. just google "jailbreak sources" and pages will pop up with different lists of sources
