I am back at War

  • Last year I killed 4 Black Rattle Snakes in and around my yard. I left the house today to a 6/7 foot black rattle snake shin shed right on my bottom front step.

    He has declared war on me and this evening I will find him and kill him

  • Snakes are a very simple fix.

    Sprinkle hydrated lime (available at most any hardware store, it's a thin powder) in a perimeter around your yard, and then maybe a little more near the house.

    No more snakes.

    One of my fondest memories is being at the lake as a child and my dads friend killing a snake with a beer can and go right back to grilling a steak.

  • Personally I would go the hydrated lime route as well because as long as snakes stay away from my house I'm okay with them.

    Snakes can be useful for getting rid of pests like mice, rats, squirrels, etc.

    Don't remember exactly... I was very young. I just remember him being drunk (he was the first drunk person I remember) and grilling steaks. A bunch of us kids were playing and saw a snake and called him over and I think he just smashed the sht out of it with the can. Maybe it was unopened?

    I believe it. When I was a freshmen in college I was blatantly hitting on other girls drunk at a party in front of my girlfriend and she bashed my face with a beer can. Had a huge gash above my eye that bleed like crazy.
