I don't get all the hate for Bama fans

    My Uncle attended and graduated, my mother went for a couple of years - i always wanted to go, growing up a Tide fan, but when my skills in Baseball weren't good enough for Alabama (cause they sucked during that time and that coach had no clue) i went elsewhere for my college PAID tuition.

    but i'm still a Bama fan - so you jokers who somehow say you have to go to the school to be a fan, or be a respectful fan need to get off your high horse.

    I do agree that there are many of those fans around - and that is for all schools (not just Bama). I know Gawja fans here in GA that have no connection and are some of the most obnoxious fans on the planet - but i'm not bashing them for not going to the school.

    it's ok to be a fan and not go to the school you people.

    It's not enough to be content that your team is epic, but you have to also fall in line with the SEC SEC retardation. You happily throw out the coattails for the rest of the riff-raff to ride. At least during SC's dynasty run they acknowledged (happily) that the rest of the PAC couldn't sniff their balls.

    Hard not to like Oregon for anyone who has been there. I loved Eugene when I was there. Have some family that live in Coos Bay which isn't too far Southwest of Eugene.
