I didnt watch game last night, but watched replay this morning. I dont understand how someone can definitely say it was an interception (or catch). They looked to be equally fighting for the ball while standing up, which would mean they shared possession.
I think the replay ref not overturning it sums up what I was thinking. I thought I was going to see some overwhleming evidence based on the reaction by everyone.

Can't have possession when one hand never even touches the ball until AFTER he is laying on the ground. Meanwhile, the Packer dude had the ball to his chest with both hands on it.
First person I have seen that says its not an interception. Every single analyst in the world is wrong, every single NFL fan that I have seen post on boards is wrong as well. TheKing is correct.

I don't think it is clear either way what happened, therefore it should stand as called like they did. I thought based on the reaction everyone had that it would be very clear. Someone explain why the replay official didn't over turn it if it is so obvious and clear?

No, they haven't. Simultaneous possession requires both players to have possession of the ball through contact of the ground. Green Bay had the ball by both hands and pinned to his chest. Tate was touching the ball with one hand. That is NOT simultaneous possession, that is an interception by the defense.
