It is not as simple as that and you know it. My mom was never in the situation that they were in. How many times could you have been arrested for things very similar (fighting, disorderly conduct, sneaking into things, dui, public and underaged drinking, etc.) it is no difference. I was a Law Enforcement officer for 10 years and I can tell you first hand that domestic arrest situation can get out of hand very quickly. Many times provoked by the officers themselves. Sometimes people and officers use good judgement and sometimes they don't. Arrest Discretion is a very dangerous thing to give some people, and some people don't know how to control themselves. So....

First of all they weren't hating on his mom, they were arresting her and I was saying that having been in that situation many many times that situation can escalate quickly. I was commenting on how people in general behave in those situations, But you go ahead and make it about schools. Not surprising at all.
