That's what I was thinking SVG should have done. I don't know why you would change the look of your team at the Finals... Nelson really should have come off the bench at the time.

Stan is just a stubborn coach, and wanted to put our co-captain Jameer back in despite how good we were playing.

    Magic wouldve won that series.

And I was rooting for Kobe. When they made the change, I knew it was over.

We would've won if Fisher hadn't have sent it into OT in Gm 1, IMO.

Singlehandedly? I could have sworn Orlando shot 45% from 3-point land on their way to the Finals. Turkoglu, Lewis, Pietrus, et al. were lights out against the East in 2009 iirc.

Why do you think Orlando's shooters get wide open shot attempts?

    Ouch. Kevin Love & co

Love plays for Minnesota who will likely be an 8 seed if they make the playoffs.

That's just stupid. You ride the hot hands that got you there... I can see why players get frustrated with him if that's the case.

    Lol, Rudy Gay & co.

Randolph and Gasol will be a tough out in the west.

Dwight can't carry a team to Championship title. And he is a liability late because he can't shoot, drive, or hit FT's. He should pair up with the Heat, or Melo or someone. Needs a dynamic scorer to mesh with him.

Melo, Dwight and some spot up shooters would be lethal.

Minny is looooong gone. They lost 9 in a row and have no chance at the playoffs. Suns are in it right now.

That's purely speculative... Orlando did lose two of their three home games as well. I honestly don't think any team in 2009 would beat L.A. three games at Staples that year.

Nobody can lead a team to a title by themselves.

Im speaking, in terms of building a championship contender, him and LBJ are 1a and 1b.

I think we're saying the same thing here.

No worries, I had no idea until yesterday. I was watching Indiana box score because I don't want Heat to face Celts in the 2nd round and the Pacers were playing Minny.

Evidently that Spanish PG (brain fart can't remember his name) going down really screwed them.

I'd agree. But I think Durant is in there also.

Ricky Rubio who will make the all rookie team. I believe he stayed over in spain for about two years after being drafted

Maybe, but LBJ would get Durant's spot 9/10.

Thats why I didnt include him.

Durant is awesome on offense, and getting better on defense.

But LBJ or Dwight never had a Westbrook. People totally downplay Westbrook's skills and Ibaka's defense, but pump up LBJ's teammates.

The Heat do not have the best "team" in the league. LBJ and Wade are just really that good.

Rubio yes that is the one. I don't know how I choked and forgot his name. Rubio was playing huge early in the year, and him and Love were quite the duo.

Must be nice to follow a team with actual rings. We got swept by the Rockets in '95 & y'all beat up on us in '09.

I was born in Inglewood, and I remember tons of people from the L.A. area flocking to the Bulls bandwagon when we lost to them. The 90s sucked, but I stuck with them. Then when we finally got over the hump in 99-00, all those Bulls, Rockets, or Spurs fans decided all of a sudden to jump back on the Laker bandwagon again. I truly detest bandwagon Laker fans, they are such a joke, I swear. It's cool hanging out with knowledgeable fans, but more often than not you get stuck with random idiots who have no idea who Nick Van Exel or Eddie Jones was. So kind of a double-edged sword for me personally.

I love LBJ, but the Raps are the team I truly like. Hoping they get it turned around somehow some way.
