I want chinese food for dinner but I've been drinking and

can't drive. No chinese restaurant delivers to my address. What should I do? I'm thinking of paying a cab driver to pick some up for me but I imagine that will be a $100 meal b/w the order and cab driver's fare. This sucks, I want some General Tsao's Chicken with some fried rice.

100 bucks is cheaper than a DUI. The total cost of a DUI is potentially back breaking.
If you want the chicken bad enough pay the 100 bucks otherwise tell your wife/girlfriend/kid/friends to go out and pick some up for you.

There are places that will pick up your food and deliver it to you...delivery is expensive but clutch in instances like this.

from 21-23 years old I racked up 2 DUI's. I was lucky to not get popped more. I was an idiot. I'm 32 years old now. Deal with my wife is, no drinking and driving. Even if I'm below the legal limit. Too much on the line. I have 11 people that work for me and I'm the sole source of income in our house. Can't/Won't take the chance.

there are in college towns but Davidson is a small town and they don't have that. I used to use that service in Chapel Hill, it was great. Sucks to not have that option here.

I'm not sure I could ever live in a place where there isn't at least one delivery to satisfy the main delivery food groups.

well I'm an idiot. The chinese place in Kannapolis (10 minutes away) will deliver here. $17.35 for general chicken, mongolian beef, egg roll and fried rice. Be there in 30 minute sir!
