It's not even close to a given that the next coach will do better than Mack.

Bet both those two programs could have changed their minds. It's not even close to a given that the next coach will do better than Mack.

But neither of those teams had nor have the talent that Texas does. Mack is not a coach. He is just a very good con-artist.

We had lost to Appalachain State and been dominated by osu and in bowls. Texas hasn't had an Appalachain State game yet but they've been dominated by OU a few too many times.

Lloyd Carr had a ton of talent he recruited at Meatchicken. Chad Henne, Mike Hart, Chris Perry, Lamarr Woodley, Mario Manningham, and Jake Long certainly spring to mind. There was no shortage of 4 and 5 star talent at that school up north when Carr was in charge. When you said that neither of those teams had the talent that Texas had, it came off as presumptuous and a bit egotistical. Pardon me if that wasn't your intent, as I really don't care to get in spats with people dogging a team I hate, but that's just how it came off.
