IC: Public Service Announcement

Hello Denizens of The Blue board and Mods... We in the IC would like to make a formal request. We have noticed in our short time here that certain threads such as the LNC are allowed. That these threads also have different rules than the usual threads. We would like to know if we ourselves could have a similar thread. We have a few rules in mind for this thread if it is allowed...
Regarding Membership into the IC: No one may apply for membership. Invitations to join. Invitations are issued at the discretion of the IC board of trustees.You must have a pet of some sort named Jasper to even be considered.
*Goldfish do not count as pets. They are pet food.
Regarding posting in the IC thread: You must have an intimate knowledge of the movie Tombstone to even post in the thread. If you are not a member your first post should be a Tombstone quote. Roadhouse quotes can be substituted on special occasions. We do not ask that we be allowed to curse or cuss... But do ask for lenience if it accidentally happens.
Regarding the Mods role: We do not ask for special favoritism... Just for the same treatment that you give other threads of this nature.
In Closing: We are not tyrants if we do become the most influential group on this board we will rule with dignity and treat others like we would our own family. We thank you for taking the time to read this thread.
