My dad just downloaded three movies on my iTunes and got billed for all of them, but now it keeps saying "download error, tap to retry." I keep retrying and it keeps failing. Anybody ever run into this or know somewhere to call for support? He's going on vacation in the morning and is furious, so I'm trying to figure it out for him.
