All this IU football talk got me thinking about the basketball program. Do you think they got things turned around finally after last season and are ready to get going again? Personally, I think that too many teams in the B1G and the rest of the midwest have made such large strides in the last decade and a half that I doubt IU can get back to being the dominant program in the B1G again.

Yeah OSU has hurt Indiana badly. We have taken a lot of premium talent from the area(and not done enough with it). The last 10 years OSU and MSU have been head and shoulders above the rest of the conference. They can't let the top players from Indiana keep coming to OSU.

I do too. Indiana is a great basketball state. I think it's safe to say Indiana basketball wise is like the state of Ohio is for football. The only difference is Crean is actually locking down his state.
Btw, I saw that Trey Lyles de-committed.. Do you think he'll come back to IU eventually, or go somewhere else?
