Guys who have to stare at themselves in every mirror they walk by.
That's about it. I use the aquatics center at UA and it's a bare bones place. No TV's. Rarely music being piped in. Just go and workout.

Hate when fvckers try to make a career out of one exercise. Taking an hour to work out on one machine/bench is stupid especially when 90% of the time is spent sitting there flexing in the mirror.

People who use their phones in the gym. And I agree with the person earlier about people striking up conversations in the gym. I go there to get my workout. A head nod to acknowledge a person is good enough at the gym, I'm not there for social hour.

Cell phones and squat rack curlers. But I dont have to deal with that anymore. I have a 3 car garage and bought a power rack, olympic barbell, iron plates, bumper plates(for cleans, etc), adj dumbbells, pull up bar, 50' 2" training rope, 350lb loader tire, jump rope, plyo boxes and gymnastic rings I hang from ceiling. I can't do dips on the gym rings yet but maybe someday(extremely hard!). Best $1500 I ever spent.

This. Spend more than a few hours in a gym and you'll see plenty of examples of idiots in there doing nothing more than socializing.
There's nothing wrong with recognizing gym etiquette or expecting people to behave with respect toward other members.
Curling in the squat rack and obnoxious grunting are my complaints.
The ones I laugh at are the morons who work out arms, chest, and abs as if that's all that matters. I always want to scream, "Ya can't fire those cannons from a canoe, idiot."
