Same offense will be employed. Entire staff will remain, we just need a new OC or WR coach if Frost is promoted to OC (likely).
It won't be Chips but I guarentee we still run a no huddle hurry up spread. Helfrich has been an OC in training all 4 years Chips been here, for this exact situation.
I'm not going all homer and saying there will be no drop off, but we will run the same O.

What makes any of you think that the OC that is going to get bumped up won't do the same thing? People forget that Chip Kelly was in the same position as the OC was under Belloti.

I've heard pretty good things about the guy. I don't know much about him other than he's SU's HC at this time.
Of course I would have never heard of Bill O'Brien if he wasn't the HC that took over PSU during their trouble's either. I have a buddy that is tapped into the NFL on the journalism side of things, and he told me that he is a hell of a coach. Actually I think two more teams have him slated for interviews as well. Why the Browns aren't going for Lovie Smith is crazy.

I don't think they have even considered him. I think Cleveland could get a damn good HC with Haslam as your owner. Dude will spend money and make it work. He's got the pedigree with his time at Pittsburgh.
Trent Richardson isn't a bad way to start either and your defense isn't bad at all either. Weeden showed some flashes. I don't think the Browns are far off with some good decision making.

I would bet my pay check he is gone! I do agree though, I am not negative PAC 12 or Big 10 the way most of you guys try to make out all SEC guys. I love SEC ball and traditions but Oregon is fun to watch. I would not want that as my offense, (not versatile enough, no real power game) but it is fun to watch!

God I hope not. He don't wanna come to Cleveland. Browns will have to settle for Syracuse head coach Doug Marrone,

If Chip Kelly leaves for the pros
