Proof where Texas class is ranked higher? Proof where this is their "most disappointing season in history"... DId you read your post before you hit submit?

Please, someone, tell me I'm completely missing the sarcasm in this post? Please....

    I didn't say Texas' was.

He said "Ask USC how much it means to recruits"

I see that now, still, I'd argue that's it's their "most disappointing ever". 2005 should be pretty disappointing, I mean they went winless once it was all said and done after winning 12 games.

    If I were Texas...

I would join the SEC immediately, enjoy an easier schedule and lots of future SEC games like this years 66-31 blowout at Ole Miss which could get Ash the Heisman, continue the state of Texas' domination of Alabama, and finish top 10.

A&M laid the blueprint on how to escape mediocrity.

Texas really dominated Alabama last time they played

I'd say not three-peating was pretty disappointing, but you know how that feels Agy.

Bro, you can't even talk trash right.

Aggy, nobody knows what the crap Agy means.

But you're right, as of right now we don't anything about 3-peating. I have no problem with factual data.

How much that means to recruits? You serious? We just had the most disappointing season in our history and you had your best, all while our recruiting class is ranked higher than yours even though you have 20 more commitments.

Fall back Agy you haven't won d**k. Texas can crawl back out of that hole in a season, you live in it.

Keep your head in the sand....

Go check out our 2014 recruiting class so far. How many of our commits have offers from the mighty University of Texas????

Answer = most, if not all of them.

If you dont believe me...ask your recruiting guys on your site. If any of them are willing to be real with you, they will tell you that A&M has as much or more recruiting momentum in the State of Tx AND nationally right now.

Want proof??? Look no further than the fact that we're having to try to find room for top athletes who want in our class, while you guys are having guys de-commit every other week.

Texas will always pull top talent but you're being a homer if you dont realize that things are shifting drastically right now on the recruiting front.

Obviously cant make the inept understand Agy doesn't mean anything but the "mad" part... who is mad? Im enjoying the success of my football team, only 2nd time in my lifetime I've seen 11 wins.

I mistook you for a Texas fan, yes, because the thread title is about them and you were inthe defensive. My fault.

Remind me... 4 is before 5 right? When we take Prevot and LaRue it'll go even higher.

    I guess you missed

This - That's the way it typically goes in the SEC, which has 6 high quality teams this year. But if you only play half of them in the SEC, and another conf that has only 3 or 4 high quality teams but they all play each other, that conf. is just as tough to navigate as the SEC.

Getting credit because of playing in the SEC, but only playing half of the top 6 teams in the SEC, is getting false credit.

Stanford won the PAC,lost to ND(who also beat USC),ND got hammered by 30 vs the best SEC team. shrug

And Stanford beat Wisconsin by 6, who hammered Nebraska by 40, who only lost to Georgia by 14, and Georgia was 10 yards away from beating Bama
    -- so what's your point?

Looks like Bama (2009) has just as many undefeated title seasons as USC (2004) in the BCS era - 1.

Then Bama has 2 seasons (2011, 2012) where they lost and shared their mythical with several others and USC has 3 seasons (2003, 2007, 2008) like that.

Good thing there is 1 more year of the BCS so you guys can try and catch SC.
