If LSU beats Georgia, it has earned at LEAST a split NC

  • I don't know how I feel about a split NC but that might be what's best to get us towards a playoff. If a team deserves it, LSU would have this year. They already beat the opponent they will face in the MNC. Lose and I hope they get the AP vote, that would cause a huge outcry and possibly force some changes.

    They still lost at home

    UF rolled us the second time around, still feel we never should have had to play them again

    That was worse though, we beat them the final week and had to turn around and play them again

    Still to this day one of the weakest moments in ncaa history and was a big reason why the bcs was created just 3 years later

  • My vote is to let LSU play Houston in the mNC. LSU deserves better than a rematch and this gives us a chance to finally end the mid-major argument.

    As for LSU, it would take extraordinary circumstances for any split to occur. Lots of things would have to go right. Example: if they get beat by more than a touchdown in the SEC Title Game or NCG, then they wouldn't necessarily deserve a split.
